Founded in Lagos
Started as a two-person brokerage on the Lekki-Epe corridor.
2017
First estate delivered
Handed over 48 serviced plots in Ajah, fully titled.
2019
Abuja office opened
Expanded into the FCT with a dedicated Maitama sales team.
2022
Diaspora desk launched
Remote inspections and escrow support for clients abroad.
2024
Port Harcourt & Ibadan
Coverage extended to the South-South and South-West.
